The Site is managed in Egypt by Americana Group (referred to below as “we”, “us” and “our ”).
When we refer to “you” or “your” we mean you, the person accessing or using the Site.

contains any advertising or promotes any services or web links to other sites; or
promotes a political agenda.
We may report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and will fully cooperate with those authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose your identity. We reserve the right to moderate and remove any content or materials or cancel any links at any time as we see fit.
While we may monitor and moderate the content or materials submitted through our Site, we are under no obligation to do so and assume no responsibility or liability for anything contained in any user-generated content, including (but not limited to) any error, defamation, omission, falsehood, obscenity, profanity, discrimination or inaccuracy.
We do not guarantee that the Site will be totally secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform in order to access the Site and we recommend that you use your own virus protection software.

Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on our Site, we shall make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that third party content on our Site is accurate, complete or up to date, save where we have express knowledge of third party content on our Site that infringes third party rights of other.
Where our Site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, security or practices of these third-party sites. These links are provided to you only for convenience and their inclusion does not imply reliability or endorsement by us of the content of any third-party sites. Our content may be hosted on YouTube or other social media platforms. These social media platforms operate their own set of terms of use and privacy policy which are separate to ours. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, security or practices of YouTube or other social media platforms.
12. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for:
death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; and
any matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for us to exclude or restrict our liability.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
You agree not to use the Site, or any content on the Site, for any commercial or business purposes and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
Our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with these terms, whether in contract (including under any indemnity), tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall be limited to 2,500 Egyptian Pound.

If you have any question or complaint regarding our Site or these terms of use, please contact us using one of the options listed above in Section 1.
14. Termination
We may terminate – upon expiration of a prior notice – your access to or use of our Site, or any portion thereof, at any time for good cause, in particular if you breach these terms. Upon any such termination, your right to access or use our Site will cease immediately. Termination of your access to and use of our Site for good cause may be effected without prior notice to you, in particular where you (i) materially breach these terms of use, in particular Sections 7, 8 and 9 or (ii) where your use of our Site is in violation of applicable laws. The termination of your access to or use of our Site shall not affect either party’s statutory rights or liabilities.
15. Severability
If any provision, in whole or in part, is deemed to be unlawful, void or otherwise unenforceable, then that provision, or part thereof, shall be severed from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
16. Waiver
If we fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these terms, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we delay in doing so, that will not mean that we have waived our rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If we do waive a default by you, we will only do so in writing, and that will not mean that we will automatically waive any later default by you.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.
This means that your access to and use of the Site, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection therewith (including non-contractual disputes or claims), will be governed by Egyptian law.
